Participant Information

Registration:
All teams must be registered by August 2, 2025 by contacting the Cherokee National Holiday Stickball Coordinator.

Player begins 30 minutes before the game.


Deposit:

Tournament requires a mandatory $100 deposit per team for a spot in the tournament which will be returned at check in.

Awards

12 vs. 12 Co-Ed Tournament:
1st — $2,000
2nd — $1,200
3rd — $800


Stickball Shootout:
1st — $250
2nd — $150
3rd — $100

Category Information

12 vs. 12 Co-Ed Tournament:
20 – Man Roster (eight men and four women)


Stickball Shootout

Must be a finalist at a previous Stickball Shootout Community Native Games
Double elimination bracket shootout for each division
Men vs. Men  •  Women vs. Women  •  13 Years+


Social Game

Must bring own stickball sticks


Exhibition Games

Must bring own stickball sticks
Red/black shirts will be provided
Men  •  Women  •  Youth

Eligibility & Rules

All calls FINAL by Head Referee.

All players must sign a waiver before playing.

No richochet points allowed.

No swinging or throwing sticks.

No blindside, bodyslams, horsecollars or tackling below the waist

No points for tapping pole, points for shots only.

No fighting or verbal arguments.

Not following the rules will result in a warning and the second offense out of the game.
